Update: our last online order was very improved. Portions were better and everything was made perfectly. Always excellent food and service when we go in to order. However, we refuse to order online anymore. Every time we order online, our bowls/food have been half the size if not smaller than what the serving size actually is. Very disappointing.

Ordered online to pick food up at 9. Waited 15 additional minutes just for them to scrap three chicken crumbs into my bowl instead of getting a new container of meat. Brown skin, bun, glasses, I don’t know her name but train her better! #🙄

Ordered via the app. It stated it would take 10 minutes. I waited at the pick up area for 40 minutes to get the order. In person orders were placed and picked up before pick up orders were finished that were placed far before. Ordering in advance was not beneficial and the teams split between in person ordering and pick up were not balanced. To top off the experience, when arriving home we discovered our bowls were the smallest we have ever seen. You wanted fajita veggies? You get three tiny slivers of pepper. Terrible.

Had a school event so all of the students ordered a meal. When we got to the restaurant the food had been stolen. They remade it for free, however a lot of the order was missing. 2 people did not get their food or drinks. They should have a better way to confirm who's order is who when there is in-store pickup.

This location was pretty smooth and they had all of the ingredients. The fajita veggies were a bit undercooked. Not my normal location, but will go back in the future

Most consistent Chipotle ever! Never have had a miss on quality of food and service after several years of visiting. Hope they keep it up despite staffing challenges.

Food was amazing and proportioned perfectly for me, the place was clean, busy, but there was enough room . I would recommend the burrito bowls at this location.

So I just left this location in Maumee although they are a little stingy when it comes to servings compared to other locations but I was already close by. After waiting behind 4 people I get to the counter and ask for a bowl with white rice and the guy says it’ll be a 5-10 minute wait for white rice, fine I’ll wait , me and about 4-5 other people. I get the rice and ask for half barbacoa and half chicken and guess what there is no chicken, it’s cooked but just waiting for the guy to stop talking and to cut up the dang chicken, this was about another 10 minutes ( no exaggeration) there were about 8 other people waiting for chicken. The guy at the register was nice and offered drinks for our wait. Ok the chicken gets cut up and I ask for fajitas veggies and the guy is literally scraping to get the last few pieces instead of getting a fresh container, ask for sour cream, same thing scraping the bottom to get half a spoon! I was so annoyed at this point that I almost just said forget it. I have never been to a Chipotle that was this unorganized. I don’t know if someone is not keeping tabs on the food to see it’s getting low and communicating with the back but today was ridiculous! It was only 8 o’clock so that wasn’t an excuse

Ordered a Carne asada burrito bowl and 3 chicken tacos. They didn't put chicken on the tacos. Tried calling restaurant, they won't let you talk to anyone. The tell you to talk to pepper through link, and that wasn't working. So I wasted 15 dollars.
